My 5-Minute Healthy’ish Bourbon Sauce is rich, buttery, and made with better-for-you ingredients. This quick, boozy topping is perfect for drizzling over ice cream, baked or fresh fruit, yogurt, or healthier desserts for an instant flavor boost!

- 1/2 Cup salted grass fed butter
- 1 Cup coconut palm sugar
- 2 Tablespoons bourbon
- Pinch of salt, if needed
- 1 or 2 Tablespoons of coconut milk, optional
Instructions
- Add butter to a small pot over low heat.
- Once it starts melting, whisk in the coconut palm sugar and let it dissolve.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in the bourbon.
- Whisk well, then return it to the stove for another minute.
- Taste and if using unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt.
- For a creamier texture, stir in a splash of coconut milk or your preferred milk.
- Now, pour this sauce over your favorite treats and enjoy!
