- 1 Teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 Teaspoon Ceylon ground cinnamon
- 2 1/2 Teaspoons chai spice
- 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash your bananas very well with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Add the oat flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, chai spice, baking powder, and sea salt directly to the banana mixture and stir until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
- Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
- Cover your bowl and refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- When you are ready to bake, preheat your oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop about 3 tablespoons of dough per cookie for 9 large cookies, or about 2 tablespoons per cookie for 12 smaller cookies. Gently flatten each one with your palm.

- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Enjoy!
