Fruity guava, cool coconut water, and juicy watermelon come together with a homemade Tajin rim for the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, spicy, and sparkling. It’s fun, vibrant, and blissfully fizzy whether you’re sipping in summer, fall, or any season!

Instructions

  1. First, mix the chili powder, paprika, chipotle, and salt in a small bowl that’s wide enough to fit your glass for rimming. Stir well to combine.
  2. Slice a lime in half and keep a few wedges for garnish. Grab your glasses, use a lime wedge to wet the rim, then dip it into your spice mix.
  3. Add ice, frozen watermelon cubes, or reusable cubes so they don’t dilute your drink.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup guava juice, 1/4 cup watermelon juice, and 1/4 cup sparkling coconut water into each glass.
  5. Stir gently, and your mocktail’s ready to sip!
